Shortly after publishing at the popular shareware site Tucows, World Time 2006 has received a five cow rating by the Judges. This is the highest rating at Tucows and can only be achieved by software that passes a number of criteria. The Tucows website says: “With the help of the software development community, we’ve established these criteria to weigh your applications or services both quantitatively and qualitatively. With this Guide, Reviewers evaluate applications based on a blend of opinion and absolute functionality to derive a score.”
