Local Time tab
The Local Time tab on the Options window lets you change your computer’s time zone and time.
These settings are essential and need to be correct so the program can work out all other time zones properly. It also provides a means to add time-zone to the Windows database in case you live in an area where there is no matching time zone information available in your system database (registry) or where time zone rulings have changed.
To change your time zone click on the “Change …” button in the “The local time zone is:” box. Make your selection on the Confirm your time zone form.
Once you have selected the proper time zone, you can adjust your local time by clicking on the “Change …” button in the “The local time is:” box. This will bring up the Windows Date and Time Properties window from where you can also synchronize the system’s time with an Internet time server.
