Honestly, I have no idea. We don’t make or deal with this laptop, in fact the first time I heard about it was when users like you started to ask questions. We just happen to have the same company name Utech, which is registered here in Australia.

If you find some more information about this Utech laptop company, you are welcome to share it here, maybe with a link, so other people know where to go.
